Free Returns and Exchanges

At ACUMEN, we are as committed to excellence as you are and want to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We offer FREE returns within the continental United States within 30 days of the date of a website purchase. Just email us at info@shopacumen.com to arrange your return.

For a full refund, all items must be unlaundered and all tags must remain attached. Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.

We offer international returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the garments are unlaundered and the tags remain attached. Shipping fees may apply. To arrange an international return, please email us info@shopacumen.com. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties/fees.
